Gatlin博士
美國德克薩斯農(nóng)工大學野生動物與魚類科學系教授,一位出色的魚類營養(yǎng)科學家,美國漁業(yè)協(xié)會、世界水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖協(xié)會、美國營養(yǎng)科學協(xié)會的成員,主要從事水產(chǎn)動物營養(yǎng)方面研究。Gatlin博士畢業(yè)于德克薩斯農(nóng)工大學,并獲得漁業(yè)/水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖理學學士學位,后從密西西比州立大學獲生化營養(yǎng)學博士學位。Gatlin博士現(xiàn)任《水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖》雜志營養(yǎng)方向主編,魚類營養(yǎng)需求及蝦營養(yǎng)委員會委員。曾發(fā)表超過190篇專業(yè)論文及16本專業(yè)著作。

Mian Riaz博士:
自從1992年在緬因大學獲得食品科學博士學位,Mian Riaz已經(jīng)成為食物蛋白質研究的領軍人物。
