個人簡介：



Gatlin博士

    美國德克薩斯農(nóng)工大學野生動物與魚類科學系教授，一位出色的魚類營養(yǎng)科學家，美國漁業(yè)協(xié)會、世界水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖協(xié)會、美國營養(yǎng)科學協(xié)會的成員，主要從事水產(chǎn)動物營養(yǎng)方面研究。Gatlin博士畢業(yè)于德克薩斯農(nóng)工大學，并獲得漁業(yè)/水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖理學學士學位，后從密西西比州立大學獲生化營養(yǎng)學博士學位。Gatlin博士現(xiàn)任《水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖》雜志營養(yǎng)方向主編，魚類營養(yǎng)需求及蝦營養(yǎng)委員會委員。曾發(fā)表超過190篇專業(yè)論文及16本專業(yè)著作。

Mian Riaz博士：

    自從1992年在緬因大學獲得食品科學博士學位，Mian Riaz已經(jīng)成為食物蛋白質研究的領軍人物。
    他發(fā)表在許多期刊和科學雜志上的文章,主要內容包括大豆原料的健康烘焙和在大豆在谷物食品中作為功能性食品。

    Mian現(xiàn)在擔任擠出技術項目的負責人及德克薩斯州的德克薩斯農(nóng)工大學的食品蛋白質研究和開發(fā)中心副研究員。作為擠出技術的領袖,他研究了擠壓過程與休閑食品、油種子加工、水產(chǎn)飼料和生物可降解材料的關系。他的其他專業(yè)興趣包括營養(yǎng)食品和功能食品、宗教和種族食物,植物蛋白組織化和糧食副產(chǎn)品的回收。

    Mian Riaz博士也是一個在食品科技研究所、美國谷物化學家協(xié)會、美國石油化學家學會等協(xié)會的活躍成員。

請教Gatlin博士，對荷蘭泰高的“替代魚粉微平衡技術”怎么看？該技術的核心在何處？一直不解，既然是“可以替代魚粉”又為何不能在所有品種的配方中都能使用（例如可以用在三文魚而不能用在對蝦料）？
請教Riaz博士，通過生產(chǎn)工藝的手段，有何種方法可以提高膨化魚糧的透水速度和軟化速度？非常感謝兩位專家！

不好意思各位，小編沒有交代清楚。
屆時小編會與兩位專家一起與大家進行交流。
翻譯方面，美國動物蛋白及油脂提煉協(xié)會李鵬博士屆時會友情幫忙翻譯，所以大家不用擔心。
不過能用英文提問最好啦！
